Job Summary
Filevine is seeking a dedicated HR Intern to provide administrative support to the People Team. To ensure success, you should exhibit strong decision-making skills, high attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. The internship will be from June 2025 - August 2025. Reporting to Filevine’s Director of People, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

  • Assist in administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and offboarding.  
  • Perform data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS)
  • Assist with human resources-related inquiries.
  • Assist with company newsletter Assist in keeping the intranet up to date 
  • Handle unemployment claims, including gathering necessary documentation and responding to state agencies.
  • Prepare reports as needed 
  • Facilitate wellness and cultural initiatives

Qualifications

  • Have recently achieved or are pursuing a degree in a related field (HR, Business, Psychology)
  • Effective Communication
  • Team Collaboration
  • Creative Problem Solving
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
